Product Information:
We strive to display our products accurately. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in form and grain. Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from the product images.
Pricing:
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added at checkout.
Order Acceptance:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Payment Methods:
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and other payment gateways as indicated on our website. Payment must be received before your order is processed and shipped.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Policy:
Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. We strive to process and ship orders promptly but cannot guarantee delivery times.
International Shipping:
We do not currently offer international shipping. If you choose to engage a freight-forwarding service then any liability for lost/damaged items, or potential costs that may be incurred as a result of this service (eg: tarriffs, customs duties etc), lie with the purchaser.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns Policy:
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. Custom-made or personalised products are non-returnable. When returning an item, all associated shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us in advance of a return so we can provide you with the return shipping address.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
Because each item is totally unique, it is difficult to replace items exactly if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for this reason, contact us with details and proof of the damage or defect. It may be that we are able to offer an alternative solution or repair.
Please be aware if you wish to receive an exchange, the items must be of the same value.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Skye Hignett (or its content suppliers) and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws.
