Shipping

Shipping Policy:

• Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. We strive to process and ship orders promptly but cannot guarantee delivery times, please check directly with NZ Post, especially if the item is urgent or for a special occasion.

• We use a tracked courier service with NZ Post, and a tracking number will be provided once your item has been dispatched.

International Shipping:

• We do not currently offer international shipping. If you choose to engage a freight-forwarding service then any liability for lost/damaged items, or potential costs that may be incurred as a result of this service (eg: tarriffs, customs duties etc), lie with the purchaser.
